Flic en Flac is first and foremost a popular, lively and well-equipped seaside resort. On the kitesurfing side, the spot is located in the southern zone of the beach, where the lagoon widens and allows you to catch the wind that usually enters in the late morning.

The stretch of water is relatively calm, although the wind is often lighter here than on the east or south coast. This makes it a pleasant spot for foiling or relaxed twin-tip sessions in established winds.
