His craft is a traditional pirogue, capable of accommodating between 6 and 8 people with their gear. This is not a traditional tourist service: Doom offers this transport as a complement to his fishing activity. It is therefore essential to contact him the day before to check his availability and organize the crossing.

To know before embarking

• Kiteboarding on Île aux Bénitiers is only possible with a northerly wind.

• Please remember to rig your lines before departure: the space available for rigging on site is very limited, or even non-existent at high tide.

• The fee is around 500 Rs per person if the boat is fully booked.

• Payment is in cash. You can withdraw cash at the La Gaulette supermarket, a 5-minute walk from the seafront.
