Voyager avec son matériel de kite en avion (règles 2026)

Before booking, check your airline's baggage rules for kite gear:

• Air Mauritius: one kite equipment bag (max 23 kg in economy, 32 kg in business, max 300 cm L+W+H) is included in the allowance. Extra equipment costs €110 per long-haul leg (€75 short/medium-haul), €150 if oversized.
• Flights to Rodrigues (ATR): 180 cm maximum length. Bring a short board or rent on site.
• Air France: included if max 23 kg and 300 cm, to be declared 48 h before departure. Not included in Light/Basic fares.
• Emirates: accepted within the allowance up to 300 cm, in a protective bag.
